Cancellation and reimbursement policy
  Your satisfaction is our priority. This is why we are fully dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, by calling or emailing us. Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We cannot exchange or reimburse items damaged through either normal or abnormal use (e.g. broken, cracked or chipped).
How shipping cost are determined
  We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We show an estimated shipping cost in your shopping cart, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within Canada and USA. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We offer a $8.95 flat rate shipping & handling cost for standard ground 4-7 days shipping service. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Certain items may qualify for free shipping or other special promotional shipping prices from time to time. To take advantage of this offer, be sure to select the special shipping rate option when checking out online. Many of these offers are valid for a limited time only. To receive the special shipping offer, the item must be purchased during the offer, and not just when item(s) are placed in your cart. Please note: You will see your actual shipping cost once you have entered your address and selected your shipping method during checkout. For shipping method, ATTITUDE uses a combination of CanadaPost, FedEx and UPS.
When will my order be shipped?
  ATTITUDE guarantees the shipment of your order as soon as possible. Our staff works five days a week to ensure your order is packaged carefully and shipped quickly. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at ATTITUDE. The time between the moment you place your order on the ATTITUDE website and you receive your order is made up of two phases. In the processing phase, we verify your billing information and prepare your items for shipping. Shipping times can vary according to destination. Standard shipping time is between 4 and 7 business days after your order has been processed.
Do you ship to my country?
  At the moment, we are only shipping to Canadian provinces & contiguous USA.
What if the package was damaged in shipping ?
  All merchandise sold hereunder will be shipped at the Buyer’s risk, and risk shall pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of merchandise to a carrier. Therefore, all claims involving loss or damage to merchandise should be solely against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly to the carrier. Remember to retain all packing materials, including the box the goods arrived in, as the carrier may need to inspect the damage.
What is ATTITUDE’s returns policy?
  For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.
