For the product: See table for dosage instructions. For stubborn stains, pour a small amount directly on the stain and scrub or let it soak before washing. Always check labels for special instructions. For the box: To release the spigot, push in the cardboard tab (applying pressure on the inside edges of the dotted area). Pull the spigot out of the opening and push the tab back in to hold it in place. Carefully remove the safety seal from the valve by pulling on the small stem. Lift the two small side handles upward while pressing the upper part of the spigot with your thumb. Make sure that any receptacles you want to fill are clean and dry.
Yes, our naturally derived detergent is formulated to be effective on everyday dirt and stains, even at low temperatures and for high-efficiency (HE) and standard washers. It uses high-performance plant-based cleaning agents. For stubborn stains, pre-treating or using a stain remover is recommended.
Our detergent is formulated with naturally derived ingredients and does not contain controversial ingredients according to the EWG, such as phosphates, optical brighteners, or synthetic dyes. It was developed to be effective for everyday use while respecting fibers and the softness of textiles.

Yes, it is designed to be effective in cold washes and from 30°C, depending on the level of soiling. For heavily soiled laundry or set-in stains, a longer cycle or pre-treatment may improve results.
Yes, our detergent is suitable for washing baby clothes, sheets, and textiles. For even more delicate skin, we also offer a baby detergent specially formulated to meet the needs of little ones.
Our detergents have been tested on wool and other delicate fabrics. For best results, select the appropriate wash cycle (delicates, hand wash, etc.) and follow the care instructions on your garment label. Because some fabrics like silk can be more fragile depending on how they are made, we recommend testing the detergent on a small, inconspicuous area first.
