Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or over your scalp to produce a rich lather. Massage your scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Complete your routine with a conditioner bar. Store the shampoo bar away from water between uses to let it dry. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Post shampoo, rub the conditioner bar between your hands and apply to lengths and ends, or glide the bar directly onto your hair. Focus on the ends and leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Store the conditioner bar away from water between uses to let it dry. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Une fois vos cheveux mouillés, frottez la barre directement sur votre cuir chevelu pour faire libérer une mousse riche et onctueuse. Vous pouvez également la faire mousser entre vos mains puis frotter votre cuir chevelu.
D'après nos estimations, une barre dure environ 6 mois, à raison de deux utilisations par semaine. Cette longévité varie cependant selon la fréquence du lavage, l'épaisseur et la longueur des cheveux.

Pour optimiser l'utilisation de votre barre, laissez la sécher à l'air libre libre sur un support qui évacue bien l'eau. Si vous voyagez, vous pouvez transporter votre barre dans une trousse imperméable en la laissant sécher avant de la ranger.
