This shampoo is designed for very tight curls and very dry hair (types 3C and 4). Shea butter, known for its softening and nourishing properties, is the key ingredient for hydrating curls that absorb a lot of moisture and tend to become dry and frizzy.
These three shampoos are all designed for curly hair, but with increasing levels of intensity. Amplifying Shampoo is ideal for light curls (types 2-3) that lack body and definition. The Nourishing Shampoo Curly Hair, made with moringa oil, hydrates without weighing hair down and suits all curl types, with a focus on softness and frizz reduction. The Ultra-Nourishing Shampoo is the most intensive formula: enriched with shea butter, it nourishes and hydrates very tight, dry curls (types 3 and 4). The tighter and drier your curls, the more intensive formula you should choose.
For very curly, dry hair, washing too frequently can be counterproductive. ATTITUDE generally recommends washing 2 to 3 times a week. Between washes, you can refresh your curls with water or a detangler spray.
