We only accept Visa, AMEX and Mastercard credit cards (gift cards not included), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay.


Shipping

The box your products have been packaged in is made from recycled and recyclable material and is also filled with biodegradable and compostable starch packaging peanuts. Our eco-friendly packaging is designed with you and the planet in mind!

All orders will be shipped by our shipping carriers from our distribution centre in Quebec, Canada.

- Your order will be subject to 1-4 business days of processing time in our warehouse before being shipped, then given to one of our carriers who will deliver it within 4 to 7 business days to the delivery point, with exception of special weather conditions or other exceptional events.

-We offer a $8.95 flat-rate shipping & handling charge for a standard shipping service of 4-7 business days.

-Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday to Friday, excluding all Canadian public holidays.

-Please note that during high-traffic events like Black Friday and Boxing Day, your delivery might take a little longer than usual. With so many orders coming in, our team is working extra hard to get your package ready as quickly as possible. That being said, our shipping partners may also experience delays that are out of our hands. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

We ship to 48 states in the USA (Hawaii, Alaska and Porto Rico not included) and throughout Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon not included). Please also note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

You will find the tracking number for your order on the shipping confirmation email that will be sent to you once your order is shipped.


You can also sign in to your account and view all your orders. By clicking on the order you are interested in tracking, you will then be redirected to a new page where you will have access to the tracking number (it will be displayed at the top of the page).

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping, our customer care team will be there to help, please contact us here. Photos of the damaged box and damaged products are mandatory in order to process your request. A claim will be filed with FedEx or Canada Post by one of our customer care representatives.

Once our team and the carrier receive all the required information (pictures, details, etc.), we will then be able to offer compensation for any damaged items.

Please note that after 30 days (from the date of shipment), unfortunately we will not be able to process your request.

Returns and Cancellations

Products purchased on our website are firm sales. For reasons of hygiene, safety and to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing additional packaging and transportation, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please also note that we do not offer compensation for errors or dissatisfaction.

Our Products

Our products are biodegradable and Ecologo certified (UL). The Ecologo® certification is based on multi-attribute life-cycle assessment and demonstrates our reduced environmental impact.

We do not use any animal-based ingredients in the manufacturing of any of our products.

We do not perform or instruct to perform tests on animals, either for finished products or ingredients, and do not tolerate animal cruelty. Our products do not contain carmine, beeswax nor lanolin.

Some of our personal care products are formulated with ingredients such as wheat protein or oat kernel flour that could contain gluten in small quantities. As they are used topically, to our knowledge it is very unlikely to cause any reactions.

However, we do not analyse the presence of gluten or traces of gluten in our finished products so if you have specific sensitivity problems, we recommend that you consult your doctor.

Our products do not contain nuts per se. A few ingredients are derived from coconut oil or contain almond oil, sunflower oil or moringa seed, for example, but in these cases, we clearly mention it in the ingredient list. To have a look at the complete list, you can check the label or the product page on our website.

We do not analyze the presence of nuts in our finished products.

With regard to allergies, we are aware that they are a complex phenomenon and it is always preferable to ask for a health specialist’s advice if in doubt. We recommend testing our products on a small area of the skin before use.

All our ingredients are from vegetable or mineral sources. Please contact our customer care team here for more information and details on individual ingredients!

All our body care products bear the EWG VERIFIED™ seal. However, EWG does not yet have a certification for household products or pet products (they should have one very soon). For this reason, some of our products have yet to carry the EWG VERIFIED™ seal. Rest assured that once this certification is created, our household and pet products will be the first to be listed.

Nonetheless, we analyze each ingredient to ensure that it meets all of our strict development criteria and is not on EWG’s list of ingredients of concern. We strive to meet EWG standards!

Our products are made at our factory in the outskirts of Montreal, Quebec. This being said, our diapers and our Dishwasher Tablets are made in France. These countries' technologies are more efficient and eco-friendlier than what is offered in Canada, hence this choice!

If it is the label that is different, please note that we regularly change the packaging of our products to always improve our designs! We update our website with the new packaging, however, both versions of a product may be in circulation, so you may receive the old product label.

If it is the formula that is different, please note that we accept a variation margin for our products. It is therefore possible that the viscosity, hardness or pH of a product is higher or lower from one batch to another. This is completely normal and has no impact on the effectiveness of the product!

Sun Care Product Line

There are two types of UV filters: chemical and physical. Chemical filters use active ingredients that get absorbed by the skin to block UV rays and protect the skin. Physical (or mineral) filters create a physical barrier on the skin to block UV rays.

According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG), zinc oxide is considered to be the safest physical filter.

SPF indicates the amount of UVB rays blocked by a sunscreen. SPF 30 will block 97.4% of UVB rays, while SPF 50 will block 98%. As you can see, the difference is relatively small. Although the numbers increase, your degree of protection isn’t significantly better.In fact, the difference between SPF 30 and 50 is minimal—SPF 50 only blocks an extra 0.6% of UVB radiation.

We have created everyday sunscreens that are non-waterproof. However, we may develop new formulas in the future. Keep your eyes open!

While titanium dioxide is often used in mineral sunscreens, it only provides partial UV protection. Zinc oxide, on the other hand, offers broad-spectrum coverage (UVA and UVB). According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG), zinc oxide is the soundest sunscreen choice.


For an efficient and non-whitening product, it’s important to ensure that there is a high enough concentration of non-nano zinc oxide. *For more information, read our article here.

Yes, our sunscreens are all made with non-nano zinc oxide.

In addition to being a mineral sunscreen made with zinc oxide, the sunscreen for sensitive skin is fragrance-free, dermatologist tested and enriched with 1% colloidal oatmeal. Colloidal oat is a natural medicinal ingredient recognized by Health Canada for skin care purposes.


Oats protect the skin barrier and help relieve symptoms caused by eczema and skin irritations. It also features the NEA (National Eczema Association) Seal of Acceptance™ logo, certifying that it is free of ingredients unsuitable for sensitive skin.

It is true that the whitening effect can be related to the size of the zinc particles. We put a lot of effort into choosing the right particle size for our physical solar filter.


It was a great challenge to find the right balance between application performance and particle size, and thus offer minimal whitening of the skin and maximum protection. We are very proud of the result and have had great comments from our customers!

Super Leaves™ Product Line

Thanks to the genius of science, it is now possible to extract the active ingredients from a variety of leaves so you can enjoy their many benefits every day. Rich in minerals, vitamins and growth factors, and with strong regenerative powers, leaves have the remarkable ability to give you glowing skin and healthy hair.

All our Super leaves™ products are enriched with watercress and Indian cress leaf extracts. Added to our natural formulas, these exceptional ingredients help effectively strengthen and condition hair from root to tip. They are also rich in sulfur, which is essential to the production and structural support of keratin, a protein naturally present in hair. In addition, watercress and Indian cress leaf extracts are ideal for promoting long-lasting hair growth.

Over time, environmental pollutants – gasses, particles and liquids – can be harmful and contribute to premature aging of the hair and skin. This is why we added moringa seed extract to our Super leaves™ hair and skin care products.

This active ingredient, taken from the seeds of the moringa oleifera, also known as the miracle tree, limits particle buildup while providing cleansing and purifying powers from head to toe.

All Super leaves™ products are EWG Verified™, a status granted by the Environmental Working Group. EWG’s standards help consumers make the best possible choices by opting for ingredients with low health risks, allowing people to live in healthier environments.

To this end, they created an important educational tool for consumers: the Skin Deep® database. This directory provides consumers with information on all the ingredients in the personal care products that they use, including any potential risk of adverse effects.

Since our products are made with worry-free ingredients, our products are safe for children. However, we do offer a wide range of products specially designed for kids. Check out our Little Ones collection for more information.

Don’t worry! All our shampoos and conditioners can be used on color-treated hair. If your hair is damaged, dull, dry or brittle from color treatments, we suggest you use our Color Protection shampoo and conditioner.

Absolutely! Our products for men include: our 2-in-1 Shampoo & Shower Gels (Scalp Care and Energizing), and our body creams (Soothing and Energizing). Their musk, lemon, cedarwood, neroli and bergamot aromas may be more appealing to men. However, all Super leaves™ products can be used by both men and women.

Of course! Since our products are made with worry-free ingredients, they are completely safe for washing your beard. If you find that your facial hair needs extra hydration, feel free to use our Moisture Rich or Nourishing & Strengthening products.

As of now, there is only one size available for the conditioner. If you need more conditioner because your hair is prone to tangle, try the hair detangler from our Little Ones collection. It’s suitable for both kids and adults!

Sensitive Skin Product Line

Not all products from this collection are fragrance-free. Only the ones labeled as such (white and bleu label) are fragrance-free. The other products in this collection (avocado oil, argan oil and chamomile) all have natural added fragrances.

Little Leaves™ Product Line

The Little leaves™ products are specifically formulated for children between the ages of 2 and 12.

Our Little leaves products' natural fragrances are geared towards older children, with their fun and frutty notes! In addition, the formulas for both collections are specifically designed for the age group they are targeting.

baby leaves™ Product Line

Our products are not tear-free. Our products are designed for external use only and some ingredients may irritate eyes even if natural. Our focus is on providing the best ingredients for your baby’s skin.

We therefore perform a series of tests under the supervision of a dermatologist in an independent laboratory, to enable us to claim that our products are hypoallergenic and non-irritating forthe skin.

Leaves bar™ Product line

Our leaves bar™ hair and body line contains carefully selected ingredients that are enriched with our famous super leaves extracts. Known for their regenerative abilities and for being rich in minerals and vitamins, they are infused with watercress and Indian cress leaves extracts. These are used in our formulas to strengthen, restore and revitalize hair and skin.

Our shampoo bars also lather very well (we know it’s a concern for shampoo bars!) thanks to its foaming ingredient, sodium coco-sulfate.

Crafted with plant- and mineral-based ingredients like red clay, our Volume Shampoo bar enhances softness and brilliance with our soy protein extract, amplifying the feeling of thickness in hair.

Our leaves bar™ shampoos are meant to be very gentle on the hair. You can use our Volume, Moisturizing or Hydrating Shampoo anytime. If you have colored hair, the Detox Shampoo should be reserved for a deep cleaning once a week, if needed.

Textured hair can benefit from deeply moisturizing ingredients, which is why our hydrating or nourishing shampoos are recommended. Our Hydrating Shampoo contains castor oil to moisturize and nourish the hair and shea butter to repair dry and brittle hair.

Our Nourishing Shampoo contains avocado oil and shea butter for added shine and softness. Both are great for locks that need a bit of TLC. Take your pick!

Our shampoos and conditioners are 113 g (4 oz), which is bigger than most hair care bars on the market. How long they last depends on how much hair you have and how frequently you wash it.

During our testing phase, we discovered that a bar lasts about the same amount of time as a standard bottle of shampoo, even a little longer! Our main goal in creating hair care bars was to eliminate single-use plastic from our day-to-day lives. Having it last a little extra is an added bonus!

You’ll get used to the feeling. The conditioner has a more slippery feel than the shampoo, while the shampoo has a bit more texture to it.

There is often confusion between sodium coco sulfate (SCS), sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and sodium laureth sulfate (SLES). SCS is of natural origin because it comes from vegetable oils. It is the rawest version. SLS is a purified version of SCS.

Finally, SLES is SLS that has undergone ethoxylation, a manufacturing process that creates CMR contaminants. We therefore use SCS which does not contain any ingredients of concern according to EWG.

Body oils: Enriched with a blend of precious oils – jojoba, argan and avocado – that nourish and soften the skin, our dry body oil is rich in fatty acids such as omega 6 and 9, as well as vitamins A, E and D.

Body butters: Our body butter is enriched with nourishing powerful ingredients such as shea butter, filled with vitamins A, E and F, and cocoa butter, filled with vitamin E and polyphenols.

Both are easy to use, nourishing and quickly absorbed. You can use the body oil in warmer weather to give your legs and arms a soft luster, while the body butter will provide an intense nourishing effect throughout colder seasons.

Our hand soap is packed with plant-derived ingredients like shea butter to repair and soothe your delicate hands. It also contains avocado oil, which is rich in vitamins E, D and A.

Our body soap is enriched with powerful plant-based moisturizing and nourishing ingredients: olive oil, filled with rich in polyphenols and vitamin E and known for its antioxidant properties, as well as coconut oil which serves to protect and soften dry skin.

Oceanly™ Product line

Our Oceanly line does not have added fragrances. If some products have a light smell, it naturally comes from the ingredients we use.

Some have a stronger smell, such as algae and sea mud.

All our products are dermatologically tested. They have been tested for potential skin irritation during use and have been found to be non-irritating. However, if you have very reactive and sensitive skin, we recommend that you do a patch test before using the products on your skin.

We cannot confirm that our Oceanly skincare products are non-comedogenic, as we have not initiated any external lab testing on the finished products. However, our ingredients were chosen with non-comedogenic properties in mind, which means they do not clog pores. In addition, our extensive in-house testing has found no comedogenic effects. 

All our products have ingredients that complement each other. Your ritual can be composed of different types of products in order to have the best of each range. There is no restriction in the use of different products nor in the order of application.

Our formulas and packaging are biodegradable. The ability to biodegrade within landfills helps to reduce the buildup of waste, contributing to a safer, cleaner and healthier environment.

Rewards Program

You do not need to create a new account. However, when logging in, you must provide your consent to join our loyalty program by checking the box "Join the ATTITUDE Rewards Club" Without this consent, you will not start accumulating points. Please note that only one rewards account is allowed per person.

The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page. You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website. Your points balance will be displayed in your account dashboard.

Signing up is easy and free! Simply create an account here by entering your name, email, and password. Don’t forget to check the box for “Join the Loyalty Program” – otherwise, you won’t be enrolled and won’t be able to start accumulating points. If you already have an account with us, just check the box for our loyalty program so you can sign in and start earning points right away!

Points will be awarded to your account when your order is marked as paid. For other activities, points will typically be credited to your account within 24-48 hours.Please note that due to Canadian Law 25 concerning the protection of user privacy, your previous points could not be transferred. The loyalty program will therefore start from scratch.

Yes, you earn points on all purchases, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Points are awarded when the order is marked as paid. 

Please note, points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards. However, points can be earned when the gift card is used as a payment method for a qualifying purchase.

Points can be used towards discounts on purchases, but they cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping, or non-eligible items. Points also cannot be redeemed for cash. Since points can be redeemed as coupons, they cannot be combined with other coupons. Only one coupon per cart.

You can leave one review per product you have purchased. Each review will earn you 75 points once it has been validated in the system. 

Please note that you can also earn points if you qualify as a Verified Buyer. Verified Buyers are customers who leave a review through the Review Request email, which is sent based on your order history.

You can add your birthday to your account by logging in and updating your profile information. Please ensure that your birthday is registered at least 30 days in advance. 

For fraud prevention, if you enter a birthday within the next 30 days, your reward will be delayed until 30 days after the date of entry. 

In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. You will receive 50 points(100 points for Exclusive members, and 150 points for Premium members) on your birthday.

Yes, your points balance will expire 1 year (365 days) after you began earning them. For instance, if you started earning points on July 26th, your points balance will reset to zero on July 26th of the following year. Make sure to use your points within this period to enjoy the rewards. For more information, check your points history on this page.

There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Insider, Exclusive and Premium.  

Achieving Exclusive or Premium status requires a minimum spend per year. For example, if you reach a new tier on July 26th, your tier status will be reassessed on July 26th of the following year. All membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits. Benefits may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing and availability of any Benefits (including Rewards, special offers, exclusive events and advance access to products) will be determined by ATTITUDE. 

Insider: 

All members are Insiders upon enrollment. A member will remain an Insider indefinitely unless the minimum annual spend required to achieve Exclusive or Premium status is met. 

Exclusive: 

Exclusive status is conferred to Insider members who spend a minimum of $250-$600 (during the year) on fulfilled orders. If a member does not requalify for Exclusive status and does not qualify for Premium status, the member will revert to Insider status. 

Premium: 

Premium status is conferred to Insider/Exclusive members who spend a minimum of $600 (during the year). If a member does not requalify for Premium status and does not qualify for Exclusive status, the member will revert to Insider status. 

When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. 

Your membership tier is based on your annual spending. After that, annual requalification is required. This evaluation occurs over a dynamic 12-month period, starting from the date you first reach a certain tier.

During Points Multiplier Events, the number of points you earn per dollar spent is increased. For example, if a 2x Points Event is active, you will earn 2 points for every $1 spent instead of the usual 1 point. These events will be announced via our newsletter and on our website.

Members who make frequent purchases will receive additional rewards. For example, making 3 purchases in a year over $75 each will earn you 100 points. Additionally, Exclusive and Premium members enjoy increased points earnings and exclusive benefits.

Referring a friend

Yes, you must create an account to benefit from the $10 discount and check the box "Join the ATTITUDE Rewards Club" during your registration.

No, it is not necessary to have placed an order on the site to send a referral link. You can share the link even if you have not made a purchase yet.

No, you cannot refer someone who lives at the same address. Our referral program is designed to prevent abuse and ensure that each referral is valid and unique.

No, self-referral is not allowed. The referral program is intended to encourage customer-to-customer recommendations and does not permit customers to refer themselves.

Earn 200 points for referring a friend to our store. To refer a friend, use the referral link provided in your account/by email. Your referred friend will receive a $10 discount code to use for their first purchase. You will receive a reward if your friend spends at least $50. To refer to a friend, use the referral link provided in your account or by email. When your friend makes a purchase of at least $50, you will receive 200 points. The points will be credited to your account once your friend's order is marked as paid.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer to. You will earn 200 points for each friend who makes a qualifying purchase. Self-referrals and referrals within the same household are not valid.

Once the referred person has placed an eligible order of $50 or more, your 200 points will be credited to your account within 1 to 2 business days. If you do not see your points after this period, please contact us to check the status of the transaction.
