In general, babies should be kept out of direct sun exposure whenever possible. When sun exposure is unavoidable, you may use our baby sunscreen.
Yes. All our sun care products offer broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays. We use zinc oxide, a mineral filter known for effectively protecting the skin from both types of rays.
For best protection, apply sunscreen generously and reapply every 2 hours. Wearing protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses and limiting sun exposure are also recommended.
Only our SPF 50+ sunscreen sprays are water-resistant, for up to 80 minutes.
All SPF products, including the spray, should be reapplied after 2 hours, after swimming or sweating. All other sunscreens in our sun care line are not water-resistant.
No. We only use non-nano zinc oxide.
Nanoparticles are extremely small particles that may penetrate the skin. To avoid this, we use non-nano zinc oxide, which sits on the skin’s surface and creates a physical barrier against UV rays.
According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG), non-nano zinc oxide is considered one of the safest sunscreen options. EWG Verified® mineral sunscreens are recommended for this reason.
